Welcome to the 2020 Blue Cup Tournament.
The schedule and list of teams will be posted on the tournament website www.dallasbluecup.com on the Tournaments tab.

Safety Guidelines
(Out of town teams arriving on Saturday can check in at the Tournament headquarters at Toyota of Lewisville Railroad Park)
The following is needed for check in:
COMPETITIVE TEAMS - U11 - U17
(All forms available on the FORMS page on the website)
· Covid Waiver and Release
· Official Roster - One copy signed by your registrar (USYS & USCS)
· Medical Release Form (One per player including guest players)
o Do not have be notarized
o Non-North Texas Teams, per your State Association requirements
o USCS teams will use USCS medical release forms
· Guest Player Release
o Competitive Teams - (Total of 5 Guest Players Allowed)
o Player Pass Player are allowed - must have at least 13 players from the Official Roster
o Non-North Texas Team, (Paperwork per your State Association rules)
o USCS teams – if the player is from outside the club, then bring a USCS guest player loan form
· ID Cards (Player Passes)
o Non-North Texas USYS Teams Only
o US Club Soccer teams
· Travel Roster or Travel Permit
o Non-North Texas USYS Teams Only
o US Club Soccer teams do not need Permission to Travel
o Every team is required to update their GotSoccer Player List, do not forget to add your guest players.
o If a player is not on the GotSoccer Player List, she/he will not be allowed to play.
· Game Day Roster/Reports
o The Tournament will provide game reports for every team, this is the reason your GotSoccer Player List needs to be current. Referees will bring these to the fields.
ACADEMY TEAMS - U10
(All forms available on the TOURNAMENT page on the website)
· Covid Waiver and Release
· US Club Soccer teams
o One copy of your Official Roster (with all players)
o Guest players (players from outside the club must have a USCS guest player loan form)
· USYS Teams (NTSSA teams)
· North Texas Academy Team Tournament Roster
o Signed by a North Texas Registrar
· Player Academy Registration Forms
o - A copy for every player on your roster
· Medical Release Form
o - Medical Release for every player on roster, bottom of player’s academy form is acceptable.
o - Every team is required to update their GotSoccer Roster.
o If a player is not on the Gotsoccer player list , she/he will not be allowed to play.
· Game Day Roster/Reports
o The Tournament will provide game reports for every team, this is the reason your GotSoccer Player List needs to be current. Referees will bring these to the fields.
Online Rosters: Please note that the online rosters must be completed. We need to use these for check in and for Game Reports. Any player that is not on the Game Report will not be allowed to play.
Game reports (game roster): Referees will bring the game reports to the fields. The winning team must get the game report from the referee after the game and turn it in to the tournament headquarters after each game. If a team does turn in the game reports they will be subject to having points deducted from their standings.
Trainers will be available for taping and minor injuries. Please summon a field marshal if there is an injury on the field and they will call emergency services if it is necessary. Calling emergency services must only be done by the Complex Director or a tournament official.
The tournament rules will apply to all decisions during the weekend. This will cover the handling of red and yellow cards issued.

T-shirts and will be available for sale at the complexes throughout the weekend.
